Our process - How we work

Our journey begins with what we call the "Discovery" phase, where we aim to truly understand your needs. We'll discuss your challenges, goals, and budget, but it's also important for us to explore how you can actively contribute to the project. We want your satisfaction not just with the end result but also with the entire process. Your contributions can range from sharing ideas to hands-on testing, which can help you both save costs and gain a deeper understanding of your product.

Once we have this crucial information, we'll create a tailored plan and budget for your project.

We prefer remote and asynchronous work for its flexibility. If this aligns with your preferences, we'll set up tools like Notion, Trello, or Plane for project management, Slack or Discord for chat, and Zoom or Google Meet for video meetings. Together, we'll turn your project into a reality!

During the build phase, we maintain a continuous development cycle, consistently rolling out new features and updates. We provide you with a dedicated test environment for comprehensive feature testing and evaluation. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we'll refine and enhance each feature until it aligns perfectly with your expectations.

What makes our approach unique is that we don't stick to fixed release schedules, like the ones you often see in methodologies like Scrum. Instead, we stay flexible and release new features and fixes as soon as they are ready. This makes sure that you are always equipped with the latest version of your project, with development efforts consistently in progress.

At the same time, we maintain open lines of communication with you to define and design upcoming features. This collaborative approach is significant to us, as it makes sure that we prioritize the aspects of your project that are most important to you, while also keeping us all on the same page about where the project is heading.

The final phase of our journay we reach the Delivery step. Here, we take your project from our testing environmet and bring it into your production setup. This phase can however, also be run in parallel with the Build phase, giving you the flexibility to receive your project whenever you're ready to deploy it on your servers or manage the deployment independently.

If you opt to host your project with us, we've also got you covered. We'll set up a production environment for your project to ensure everything runs smoothly. Plus, we'll provide access to our support channels, so you can reach out whenever you need assistance or have questions.
